These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the services provided by AstroNat Pte Ltd (UEN: 202619354G), a company incorporated in Singapore ("AstroNat", "we", "us", "our").
The Services covered by these Terms include:
- The AstroNat web and mobile application ("the App"), accessible at astronat.io
- One-on-one astrocartography reading and consultation services ("Readings")
- Workshops, courses, and digital educational products ("Workshops")
- The AstroNat website at astronat.io ("the Website")
By accessing the Website, registering for the App, booking a Reading, or enrolling in a Workshop, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age, have read and understood these Terms, and agree to be bound by them. If you are purchasing on behalf of an organisation, you represent that you have authority to bind that organisation.
If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the Services.
These Terms should be read together with our Privacy Policy, available at astronat.io/privacy. In the event of conflict between these Terms and any other communication, these Terms prevail.
All purchases made through AstroNat are final. We do not offer refunds on any product or service, including the App (any subscription tier or Lifetime access), Readings, and Workshops and digital products.
The nature of the Services is such that value is delivered at the point of purchase or immediately thereafter — through access to proprietary methodology, Nat's time and preparation, and digital content that cannot be returned once accessed. This policy reflects that reality.
We ask that you make a considered, informed decision before purchasing. Take time to review what is included in your chosen product or service. If you have questions, contact [hello@astronat.io] before completing your purchase. We would rather answer your questions honestly upfront than have you buy from a place of uncertainty.
The sole exception to this no-refund policy is where AstroNat cancels a scheduled live Workshop or Reading and is unable to offer a suitable rescheduled alternative within a reasonable timeframe. In that circumstance, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method.
Nothing in this policy affects any statutory rights you may have under applicable consumer protection law that cannot be contractually excluded.
To access the App, you must register an account and provide a valid email address, a secure password, and accurate birth data (date, time, and place of birth). The accuracy of your results is directly dependent on the accuracy of the birth data you submit. AstroNat accepts no liability for outputs generated from incorrect or estimated birth data.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must notify us immediately at [hello@astronat.io] if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.
The App is available on a free tier and on paid subscription plans as described at astronat.io/pricing, which may be updated from time to time.
Paid subscriptions are billed on a monthly or annual cycle as selected at the point of purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless cancelled. You are responsible for cancelling your subscription before renewal if you do not wish to be charged for the subsequent period.AstroNat does not pro-rate or refund charges for unused portions of a subscription period.
Lifetime (Founder) access is a one-time payment granting permanent access to the features described at the time of purchase. AstroNat reserves the right to introduce additional features or tiers over time; Lifetime access will not be retroactively reduced in scope relative to the features active at the time of purchase.
Subscription pricing is displayed in United States Dollars (USD) unless otherwise stated. You are responsible for any currency conversion fees or charges applied by your payment provider.
You may cancel a paid subscription at any time through your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and you retain access to paid features until that date. Cancellation does not entitle you to a refund for any portion of a billing period already paid.
AstroNat makes reasonable efforts to maintain the availability of the App. We do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free access. Planned maintenance will be communicated in advance where practicable. AstroNat is not liable for losses arising from temporary unavailability, including losses resulting from maintenance, technical failure, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
You may use the App for personal astrological reference and, where applicable, for professional astrological practice. You must not:

- Workshops, courses, and digital educational products ("Workshops")
- The AstroNat website at astronat.io ("the Website")
Breach of this section entitles AstroNat to suspend or terminate your account immediately and without refund, at our sole discretion.
A Reading is a one-on-one consultation with AstroNat's principal practitioner, Natalia Hau. The scope of each Reading is as described on the relevant service page at the time of booking. Standard 60-minute Readings cover the elements specified on the booking page and may include astrocartography line analysis, relocated chart review, paran analysis, cyclocartography timing, and location recommendations, as applicable.
The scope of a Reading is set out in the service description at the time of booking. AstroNat does not warrant specific outcomes or guarantee that a particular location will produce particular results for any individual.
A booking is confirmed upon receipt of full payment. You will receive a confirmation to the email address provided at checkout.
You are responsible for providing accurate birth data at the time of booking. Where birth time is unknown or uncertain, please indicate this when submitting your booking details. Readings conducted on the basis of uncertain birth data are scoped accordingly, and this limitation is not a basis for refund or complaint.
Rescheduling requests submitted no less than 48 hours before the scheduled session will be accommodated once, at no charge, subject to availability. Rescheduling requests submitted less than 48 hours before the session cannot be accommodated and the session is forfeited.
AstroNat reserves the right to reschedule a session due to illness or circumstances outside our reasonable control. Where rescheduling is initiated by AstroNat, you will be offered an alternative date. Where no suitable alternative can be agreed, a full refund will be issued. This represents the only circumstance in which a Reading refund will be provided.
Sessions are recorded for your personal reference. A copy of the recording will be provided to you following the session. The recording is licensed to you for personal use only. You may not publish, redistribute, publicly share, or commercially exploit any recording of a session without prior written consent from AstroNat.
AstroNat may retain an internal copy of the recording for quality assurance purposes. Recordings are not shared publicly or with third parties.
Enrolment in a Workshop is confirmed upon receipt of full payment. Access to materials, recordings, or live sessions will be provided as described on the relevant sales page.
All Workshops include lifetime access to recordings unless expressly stated otherwise. AstroNat reserves the right to update Workshop content over time. Material updates will be made available to enrolled students at no additional charge.
AstroNat is the sole owner of all intellectual property rights in Workshop content, including but not limited to:
- Recorded sessions and transcripts
- Slide decks, templates, and workbooks
- Proprietary methodology frameworks, including the ACG rectification methodology taught in all workshops
- All original written, visual, and audio material produced by AstroNat
Upon enrolment, you are granted a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use Workshop materials for your own learning and professional astrological practice. This licence does not include any right to:
- Share, transfer, or provide access to non-enrolled parties;
- Reproduce or redistribute materials in any medium;
- Use materials as the basis for a competing course, product, or service;
- Record live sessions without prior written consent from AstroNat.
Any unauthorised use of AstroNat's intellectual property will be pursued accordingly.
Where a Workshop tier includes a private one-on-one session with Natalia Hau, that session is governed by the rescheduling and cancellation terms applicable to Readings as set out in Clause 4.3.
Sessions are recorded for your personal reference. A copy of the recording will be provided to you following the session. The recording is licensed to you for personal use only. You may not publish, redistribute, publicly share, or commercially exploit any recording of a session without prior written consent from AstroNat.

All purchases are processed in United States Dollars (USD) unless otherwise stated. Payment is due in full at the time of purchase. AstroNat does not offer instalment payment plans unless expressly stated on a product page.
Payment is processed through [Stripe / PayPal]. By completing a purchase, you agree to those providers' terms of service. AstroNat does not store full payment card details.
In the event of a payment dispute or chargeback initiated without prior contact with AstroNat, we reserve the right to suspend access to Services pending resolution. Fraudulent chargebacks may result in permanent account termination.
This clause is material to your agreement with AstroNat. Please read it carefully.
AstroNat provides astrological analysis, interpretation, and education. All Services — including the App, Readings, and Workshops — are provided for informational, educational, and personal development purposes.
Astrological services are not professional advice. Nothing provided through any AstroNat Service constitutes, or should be construed as:
- Medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment
- Psychological, psychiatric, or therapeutic support
- Legal advice or representation
- Financial or investment advice
- Immigration, visa, or travel safety advice
- Security or threat assessment
No guarantee of outcome. Astrological analysis identifies energetic patterns and tendencies based on chart calculations. It does not predict specific events with certainty. The interpretation of a chart is one layer of information and does not account for the full complexity of individual circumstances, personal agency, or external factors.
Relocation and travel decisions. Astrocartography is an analytical tool, not a directive. Decisions relating to relocation, emigration, property acquisition, or travel involve legal, financial, logistical, and personal factors that fall outside the scope of astrological analysis. You are solely responsible for conducting appropriate due diligence before making any such decision.
Geopolitical and regional analysis. Where AstroNat publishes geodetic or mundane astrological commentary on global events, regions, or countries, such commentary is interpretive and probabilistic in nature. It does not constitute a security briefing, travel advisory, or professional risk assessment.
By purchasing or using any AstroNat Service, you acknowledge that:
- Astrological guidance is not a regulated professional service and does not substitute for regulated professional advice;
- You retain full personal responsibility for any decision made following a Reading, Workshop, or use of the App;
- AstroNat is not liable for any outcome arising from decisions made on the basis of astrological analysis.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law:
- AstroNat's total liability to you for any claim arising from or in connection with the Services is limited to the amount paid by you for the specific Service giving rise to the claim.
- AstroNat is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive loss or damage, including but not limited to loss of profit, loss of revenue, loss of data, loss of opportunity, or economic loss, whether arising in contract, tort, or otherwise, even if advised of the possibility of such loss.
- AstroNat is not liable for the acts or omissions of third-party service providers including payment processors, hosting providers, and course delivery platforms.
- Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes liability for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot be limited or excluded under applicable law.
AstroNat treats the content of client Readings as confidential. Personal information shared during a Reading — including information relating to health, relationships, finances, family, or significant life events — will not be used in public case studies, testimonials, or marketing materials without your express written consent.
Where you share personal information in a group Workshop context, you acknowledge that other enrolled participants may hear that information. AstroNat is not responsible for how other participants handle information shared in a group setting.
AstroNat reserves the right to suspend or terminate access to any Service, with or without notice, in the following circumstances:
- Breach of these Terms, including the Acceptable Use obligations in Clause 3.5;
- Abusive, threatening, or harassing conduct directed at AstroNat or its representatives;
- Fraudulent payment or initiation of a false chargeback;
- Any use of the Services that is unlawful or harmful to others.
Where termination is due to user conduct in breach of these Terms, no refund will be issued.
AstroNat may modify, update, or discontinue any Service at any time. Where a paid Service is discontinued, affected users will be notified with reasonable advance notice and offered a refund or comparable alternative where practicable.
AstroNat may revise these Terms from time to time. Revised Terms will be posted at astronat.io/terms with an updated effective date. Material changes will be communicated by email to registered users at least 14 days before taking effect. Continued use of the Services after the effective date of revised Terms constitutes acceptance of those Terms.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Singapore, without regard to conflict of laws principles.
In the event of a dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the Services, the parties shall first attempt to resolve it through good-faith negotiation within 30 days of written notice of the dispute.
If the dispute is not resolved through negotiation, either party may refer it to mediation administered by the Singapore Mediation Centre before commencing legal proceedings.
Nothing in this clause prevents either party from seeking urgent injunctive or interim relief from a court of competent jurisdiction.
Subject to the above, the parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Singapore courts.
For users in the European Union: Mandatory consumer protection rights under your applicable national law are not affected by these Terms.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, that provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
Failure by AstroNat to enforce any provision of these Terms on any occasion does not constitute a waiver of the right to enforce that provision on a subsequent occasion.
These Terms, together with the AstroNat Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and AstroNat with respect to the Services and supersede all prior representations, communications, and agreements.
You may not assign any rights or obligations under these Terms without AstroNat's prior written consent. AstroNat may assign these Terms in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.
